Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Scribble collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may process the images you upload, the prompts you enter, generation results, generation history, anonymous wallet or device identifiers, purchase product identifiers, transaction data required for verification or restoration, and limited diagnostics such as error messages, timestamps, and provider response details needed to operate the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to generate images, route requests to supported AI providers, manage credits, verify purchases, restore eligible credits, resume pending jobs, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability and performance.

3. Sharing with Service Providers

Image generation requests may be transmitted to our backend infrastructure and to upstream AI service providers that perform or relay generation. Purchase-related information may also be processed through Apple and our backend verification services. We share only the information reasonably needed to deliver these functions.

4. Storage and Retention

Some information is stored locally on your device, such as cached images, local gallery records, and certain app preferences. Some information is stored on our backend, such as job records, credit balances, style usage metrics, and purchase verification records. We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations, or protect the integrity of our systems.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Requests

You may stop using the app at any time. If you want to request deletion of stored information that can reasonably be associated with your wallet, purchase history, or support interactions, contact us at hi@lesign.xyz. We may need limited information from you to verify and process the request.

7. Children

Scribble is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use such a service without parental authorization. Do not use the service or submit personal information if you do not meet the applicable age requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the product, infrastructure, legal requirements, or service providers. Your continued use of Scribble after an updated policy becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

我们可能处理你上传的图片、输入的提示词、生成结果、生成历史、匿名钱包或设备标识、用于购买校验或恢复的商品标识与交易数据，以及为保障服务运行所需的有限诊断信息，例如错误信息、时间戳和上游服务响应详情。

2. 信息的使用方式

我们使用上述信息来完成图片生成、将请求路由到支持的 AI 服务商、管理积分、校验购买、恢复可恢复的积分、恢复未完成任务、排查生成失败、预防滥用行为，并改进产品稳定性和性能。

3. 与服务提供方共享

图片生成请求可能会发送到我们的后端基础设施以及执行或转发生成任务的上游 AI 服务商。购买相关信息也可能通过 Apple 及我们的后端校验服务处理。我们仅在完成功能所必需的范围内共享相关信息。

4. 存储与保留期限

部分信息会保存在你的设备本地，例如缓存图片、本地相册记录和部分应用偏好。部分信息会保存在我们的后端，例如任务记录、积分余额、风格使用统计和购买校验记录。我们会在为提供服务、处理支持请求、履行法律义务或保护系统完整性所合理必要的期限内保留相关数据。

5. 安全措施

我们会采取合理的技术和运营措施，尽力保护传输中及存储中的信息安全。但任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，因此我们不能承诺信息在任何情况下都绝对安全。

6. 你的选择与请求
